Case Study : Manually weighing of made tea in boxes is the way used earlier before Nikini introducing an automated weighing system. This method eliminates most of human errors, which can cause when manually weighing. Nikini weighing system needs minimum manpower for the operation and gives necessary readings by way of a printout. With the above solution it is impossible to get a customized report which describes “Net out turn”, “Gross out turn”..etc and again someone needs to key-in relevant data to calculate the necessary information.

Solution : As the solution Nikini introduced an application software to eliminate such additional works and to get a complete report of weighing for the day with the dhool percentage and the necessary ratio calculations. The system is equipped with password protection
